Exactly XD...I installed it first to look if the app will show me the same load as the top command. After the second time I've opened it the load dropped to 1% and I was like "WTF is going on". Checked the top command says 1% too. Since then it works everytime opening CPU-Z twice after boot.

I always used top to see CPU load. CPU-Z wasn't even installed. The problem gets fixed after installing CPU-Z and opening 2 times.
