FAN Control for CPU and AMD GPU

Is there any way for me to control my CPU fan Speed and my AMD GPU fan speed?
Basically, my GPU has a Zero RPM feature wherein it does not spin the fan until it reaches 50c. This can be bypassed in linux and windows using fan control software to manually set Fan speed.
Wondering if there is something similar for PhoenixOS DarkMatter.

Would find it very useful too in the next DarkMatter builds! I have a Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 2-14D (AMD CPU/GPU) having Fan speed constantly running at max, even if CPU temp is at 46° Celsius and CPU Governator is set as "powersave"...
