See the 2 screenshots below. The first one is when I installed DM 4.7 for the first time and the second one is when I reinstalled a fresh dm 4.7 for the 2nd time.
The problem is when I first install DM 4.7 the alsa mixer utility was like below as in the 1st screenshot and when I formatted it and reintall the os the alsa mixer utility
was not same as you can compare between 1st and 2nd screenshots below. And also one thing that the chip name has also changed. At first screenshot the chip name is Realtek ALC3204 and in 2nd one its Realtek Generic. I was able to fix my pubg mic noise issue at first but when I reinstalled DM 4.7 I cannot fix it because of this problem.
If there is any solution for this then please help me.

Thank you so much bro the problem was due to the kernel.
When I install DM 4.7 for the first time I used kernel 4.19.188 but in 2nd time I used kernel 4.13.5 thats why the issue was occuring.
Now I changed my kernel from 4.13.5 to 4.19.188 and my issue got solved.
Thank you so much again @Xtr bro for the help.😊
