thank you so much.. i was watching videos on youtube to max performance for phoenix os and i was in video of abstergo os 2.0 lite and abstergo commented that removing gearlock will increase performance a little bit but since i prefere dm i thought of trying it here because i have low pcI don't think that you can delete Gearlock recovery as it your present recovery of your POSDM. But there are two ways to delete Gearlock. They are:-
1) You can untick the 'Install Gearlock' \ 'Install Gearlock Installer' option while installing to not to install Gearlock in your POSDM
[Note: I haven't tried that option. So I'm not sure if it is going to work or not]
2) You can uninstall the Gearlock app using 'Titanium Backup' etc. I would prefer 'Titanium Backup' as it can have root access.
(Root access allows you to delete system core app)
[Note: Deleting the Gearlock app might not delete it's recovery file]
In case if you want to install Gearlock again then follow the steps:-
1) Download Gearlock recovery from official Supremegamers site.(Gearlock)
2) copy the Gearlock recovery and paste it to Download directory or paste it to internal storage
3) Download 'Termux' or press Alt+F1 to open terminal.
4) If you are using 'Termux' don't forget to type 'su' to get root access
5) Type the following commands:-
cp /sdcard/gearlock /data
cd /data
chmod 777 gearlock
./gearlock
[Note: If you copied and pasted the Gearlock.gxp to Download directory then add this (cp /sdcard/gearlock/Download /data) to the 1st command.]
6) You are good to go!!
Some last words of me:
Where did you hear that uninstalling Gearlock will give you performance boost?
Please let me know.

OkNo it doesn't, Gearlock app is just a rewrite of Terminal-Emulator which turn the app into a wrapper. It does not relate anything with performance and such
